smoked sausages and brats are the best!
 
Spam before and after.Will be sliced then fried/grilled during the week with breakfast.

Looked for brats last trip to grocery...none to be had, (sigh) Checking again tomorrow
 
I never tried smoking SPAM. Not my favorite, but wife still craves it even though it blows her restricted sodium diet.
Appears it takes on some flavor from a smoke bath.

We made our weekly shopping trip today. She read the labels on all the Spam cans (including low sodium) in the store and decided to pass.
