Good tutorial.

I think though that the only time I may oven cook my ribs is if my smoker quit working - and since I have three one of them is bound to be operational at all times!!  LOL

Have yet to have a day where it is to cold to smoke... lol. Neighbors think I'm crazy, but they all know to come over when they smell the smoker!

you guys are all too tough for me , sorry , but when its freezing out i got to go to the oven . i only wish you all the best , think of me when your toes are frozen . LOL

Freezing!?  Dude, you're in Georgia!!! LOL

We have members smoking in sub-zero temps ---- I just thank God I'm not one of them!!!!!

The only difference between smoking when it's cold (below 0) and warm (anything above 0) is that the can cooler on your beer magically converts to being a hand warmer.

You are brave, very very brave posting something like that on this forum. The good thing is most people are very nice and won't harass you very much as seen above.

The process sounds good but it doesn't very get cold enough in Oregon where I'm at to not smoke. I'm going to insulate my smoker in the near future, cold weather?? Bring it on!!
