Well I haven't even completed my first smoke in my new MES and I've already made modifications. Due to limited space on my patio, where I plan on using it mostly, I wanted to be able to wheel it into the garage when I'm not using it. I bought a furniture dolly for 14.99 at Menards, used a scrap piece of particle board, and a ratchet strap to add some wheels to the smoker. I was worried that it would roll away since the casters don't lock but it stays put. Im sure it won't be to long before I'm adding a mailbox to it :)
