Wheels on SNP

I just bought a Brinkmann SNP and the wheels suck, Ive been reading about a bunch of mods that people have made, and I'm going to do the same for my grill, but i didnt see anyone post anything about it's wheels. Any suggestions?

Also there was one mod I didnt really understand, What are turning plates for?

Havn't had probs with my wheels, but then I don't move ot either. The tuning plates help distribute the heat from end to end better. The side away from the firebox is always cooler. This will help even things out,

My bro has one...he found an old wagon with the solid hard rubber ones and used those.
