Hello, 

Enzo here and i'm pretty new to smoking but have done it a couple times before, was wondering if anybody out there has and suggestions for a digital thermometer for my Masterbuilt Pro Dual smoker, also I heard I should put a gasket on the door????? Any information is greatly appreciated, Take care!

Enzo, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and looking for answers. 

The Maverick/Redi Chek/Ivation 732 or 733 dual probe digital thermometer is kind of the workhorse around here.  Lots of places sell them, including several sponsors of SMF, so shop around. 

I can't help you with the gasket question for your particular smoker, but if it is leaking a gasket will help.
