Sorry hit create too soon. Says beef inside skirt. 12#. Nice fat cap and looks marbled. Worth buying how well would it smoke. Wally world is where I saw it.

It's the most common skirt steak popularized by Fajita lovers. Iit is often marinated and grilled but can be smoked to medium and sliced across the grain. It is hit or miss on tenderness.
