What's everyone smoking this weekend?
I found pork butts for .97 cents a pound and bought a couple of 7 pounders and rubbed them with Meowey's rub and put them on at 4:30 this afternoon for a overnight smoke. Put on 1 stick of pecan, 1 stick of hickory and 1 stick of white oak, been holding at 225 for 3 hours now. Will make pull pork in the morning 8)
