So far I have smoked a good number of briskets, pork shoulders, BB and spare ribs, as well as country style ribs over the last year. I am looking to trying something new for my next smoke. Any ideas of what to try next?

Love smoked wings of any variety. Something special happens when you do them in a smoker :)

i like to smoke a bunch of chickens at once and when i cut the meat off i save the carcas and boil down with left over vegetable clippings and make a smoked chicken broth! Very good in soups!

Hey, try Lingua (Cow's Tounge) , it's as good as Brisket , I can't say better , but a close 2nd.

Whatever you choose , have fun and ...

I just recently got into stuffing 'sausage' and have now made 2 batches of beef snack sticks.

My family LOVES THEM (as do I of course) so it is worth the extra bit of labor and prep time to make them.  And the smoking profile is totally different than those big hunks of meat...but not difficult.

Man, the list is long of great things:  beer can chicken, fatties, wings, chuckies, ABTs, brats, reverse seared steak, etc, etc, etc.....Just be sure to show us some qview!

For something different, domestic duck is good.

I've been tossing on a loaf of scrapple every time I smoke lately. It is nothing short of awesome.

Potatoes for smoked potato salad have caught on at my house also.
