So what is your plans for a Easter Smoking.

I'm doin Butt for PP, ribs and a brisket. With Gary's bake beans, mac and cheese, deviled eggs and not sure what else yet but for sure plenty of desserts.

I am flying home Sunday...wish i had time for a long slow cook. I like the plans you guys have but I wont have time...May do a reverse seared steak and grilled artichokes. Seriously hankering for some St. Louise ribs tho! need to wait a week for that - or quit my job. the latter would help the prior ALOT!

The wife will be working in the morning. She's the choir director at our local Catholic church. So nothing fancy. We will be making our traditional spaghetti with meatballs, hot Italian sausage and green peppers. Dinner for two! Then Facetime with the grandsons up north.

Last week, wife cooked up the NY Strip Steak Roast I'd been hiding in the freezer for my Easter smoke. :(
Maybe I'll smoke some Easter eggs instead..

Have not given it much thought. Now I am going to have to....

I think I might do some baby backs. Haven't done those is a few years.
