What string to wrap with?

I have been reading a bit on here about stuffed pork loins and need to ask, what kind of string do you tie up the loin with?

I use Butcher's twine. Usually I find it where you buy new spatula's and what not at the store. Truthfully I use bacon most times.

Buy lots!  I use more in my garage and garden than I do in the kitchen.
