Currently have two bottom round flats in the smoker with a pan of mushrooms with light worcestershire sauce and a pan of onions

I've got a 10 lb butt with rub on it in the fridge now.

Will get up very early tomorrow morning, fire up the box

and it will be PP sammidges with lots of leftovers to vac up.

Here are the wings I put on my small smoker to snack on after wrapping the PB's, Briskets and Chucks. The wings were pretty tasty.

First of all. Chef JJ you and the fam are welcome to stay with us here in Jackson nj tell the kids to bring their suits cus the pool is still open. Labor Day we are doing wings on the smoker and burgers on the grill.. Ps. Plenty of beer!!!

28 PB's, 2 Briskets and 3 Chuckey's are done.
We had everything on the smoker by 2am wrapped them around 10am and pulled them off around 3pm. We also made 5 lbs of smoke potatoes that were seasoned with Italian dressing and garlic. The smoked baked potatoes are pretty tasty.
The pork and beef is very tasty!

Thank goodness for good friends to help.

Competition prep on Monday. Got a packer and two butts, one for pull and one for slicing. Planing to do a full cook, box them with garnish, etc. Have some people stopping by to "judge" in the evening.
