What cuts of meat are these?

I'm hoping someone can tell me what cuts of meat these are. They are the dark red long shaped pieces of meat. I highlighted it in the green box. Also, if someone knows the cut of beef in the second image, it will be helpful as well. Much appreciated.

Looks to me like the meat you highlighted is the best cut there! The rest of it looks tougher than japanese arithmetic!! My $0.02

I am guessing the highlighted cuts are fillet, and the cuts in picture 2 are short ribs.
