I've been stocking up whenever I catch stuff on sale so my freezer is full and it's time to thin it out.
It looks like Sunday has opened up for me so I plan on loading it up.
I'm thinking about a couple of racks of ribs and a chuck roast.
I have cooked ribs before then frozen them and they turned out good.
I haven't frozen a cooked chuck, I'm not sure if I'll slice it or pull it yet.
Does a frozen cooked chuck reheat well?
