What are your must have grill racks and accs.

So I just picked up a new pellet smoker and was curious what everyone's most used racks and accessorys are.

Well, I don't have a pellet grill, but I'd think the usual tongs, spatulas, foil pans, and maybe some sear grates for searing.
Plus a tube smoker for extra smoke production.

I have a 6 probe inkbird therm that connects to my phone by Bluetooth, I can look at temps and set alarms that will roll me out of bed if the temps get too high or too low, I rarely use all 6 but better to have and not need than need and not have lol a 4 probe will work for most folks and they have some discount codes over in that forum section, can recommend the instant read also , all are rechargeable
