This tenor is Neil Donnel. They added him in 2018 and he has the Peter Cetera sound. I'm really looking forward to seeing Chicago in March.

This Chicago concert was on July 21, 1970. Young Smokin Okie was one week past his 18th birthday, turning draft age with a war going on in Vietnam.

And now for something completely different

Love me some Johnny Horton.

" All for the love of a Girl " Had a few of his Albums

Been on a Frank Marino kick lately. I was fortunate enough/ old enough to see Mahogany Rush live four times. As a guitar player myself, he does stuff on that SG that blow me away. My main guitar is a Gibson SG because of him, and no I don't sound anything even close to him......YET!!!

RIP Duane... we love you and miss you brother !

It is a great song.

It was a favorite song of my cousin, who coincidentally was named Dwayne. He wanted it played at his funeral service. Every time I hear the song, I think of Dwayne.

I going to have to wait until the neighbors wake up to watch this and crank it up. My Gibson SG was my favorite guitar. Had a rare gibson marauder.

Sam is slowly gaining notice. She opened for Rolling Stones twice last year. She's gone on tour with Slash.

I first found her with the YT vid a few posts up the thread, the " I put a spell on you " , I think it was 2013. She now calls those days, her " little girl " days.

She grew up in Kansas City. Got her start there at a music venue called Knuckleheads. And has grown since. She's now in New Orleans.
