If I had to describe it, I would say its the bastard cousin of a cheeseburger and a Philly Cheesesteak.

Basically a burger patty you sear, flip, then chop. Add American cheese and melt, add to a hoagie roll and top with burger condiments such as mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and tomato.
