I just got to say this place is fantastic, I have been here for about three weeks now and have learned more about smoking meat than I ever thought I could in a life time. The members are down to earth and always willing to help out, and the info on this site is endless. Thanks for a great site and letting me be a part of it. Now can I have your Bud Lite. J/k
