I've never spent so much time researching one product. advice given here and on the official pit Boss users forum.
Ordered with assembly by Lowes due to the amount of reviews with damaged in shipment. Will have to pass rigorous inspection before I load it in the F-150. I feel like I've memorized the manual and what to look for after assembly. I am now, or will soon be a pellet pooper, which is ironic, as much grief as I've given friends about pellet poopers.

You just HAD to post that link!
Now I'm slipping, sliding, trying not to fall into that rabbit hole..
All kinds of new to me cookers out there, all of them wisper my name...calling...calling..

Nice! Ive been eyeballing the cabinet style pellet poopers for a while. For now my camp chef is still up and running so no need... yet.

You went to the dark side, Congrats on the new grill, looks good. I have been toying with the idea of a pellet popper myself. Don't always have the time to tend a fire.

Congrats. I used to have one like this but an older model

I've had my Pit Boss for about 6 years now. 1000sc grill. I still love it. Can't wait to see what you do with that beast!
