My tip on ABT's is they take longer than I often plan for, and then I hear about it! :)Get everything prepped and stuffed in advance. I usually figure an hour and a half at 250 give or take depending on your cooking temp. And if you happen to get them done early, they're great appetizers!

I agree. Just because the bacon looks done doesn't mean the peppers are.
Be careful with those steaks. They'll be done before you know it!

Tim, if your smoker is anything like my char-griller duo, then I would load an even layer of coals along the cooking grates in the SFB(upper grates). Lit one end and let it burn across the box. I don't think you'll be able to get the CC hot enough for the reverse sear. That may have to be done on another cooking device. Oh yeah flip that big grease catcher in the CC chamber and slide it over to cover the hole that connects the SFB to the CC.
