Weekend smoke on a plain Weber grill

This was my second smoke on the grill. Last weekend I smoked up a batch of ribs that came out really good. No pics though.

Here is the pork butt and beer can chicken I smoked in the classic Weber 22.5 grill yesterday. So far I've had good luck using this as a poor man's smoker. The family was impressed and everyone pigged out. Too bad it rained all day.
