Just wanted to share what I was up to this weekend. Friday some bone-in NY strip steaks seasoned with salt, black pepper, garlic powder grilled over wood fired coals. Saturday grilled lemon garlic and smoked paprika shrimp over charcoal fire. Sunday smoked some spare ribs, home made jalapeno poppers and bacon wrapped pickles for my son. He loves them.
