I got an electric water smoker its a kenmore vertical with a heating element,I asume it burns at 225-250 on the rack i have no water pan but i add a water pan on the bottom rack (aluminum cheap pan) I just set the wood 1/4 inch next to the element 1-2 at a time.Any guess at the temp it burns?Am i using this machine right?
