Just a heads up for those using lump charcoal. I was at the supermarket so I picked up another 20lb of Royal oak charcoal. the last time I bought some it was their made in the USA variety.
So when I picked it up today I didn't check and when I got it home I noticed it said "Made in Paraguay". If you check the nakedwhiz lump charcoal database you will see that this is RO's lowest rated lump charcoal, mostly due to the smaller pieces and fast burn times.
I'm going to keep it just to check it out for myself but I will use it for my shorter smokes.
Just a little buyer beware.
