I just purchased one of these:

I bought it a week or so ago - I received it in the mail yesterday.
Since I have a bunch of cheese I decided to try it out.
I will post a video here in a bit but it surprised me. It came with a bunch of reusable bags and I think I will get some good use out of this. Even on little charge it pulled the air right out.
It has gallon and quart bags. I will take it with me to my reunion so I can vacuum pack up the leftover pork shoulder I will be doing.
OH YEAH - 3 BUTTS this weekend.
