want to cold smoke cured sausage

i want to learn how to cold smoke cured sausage   i will cook it when i get ready to eat it  ijust want the smoke for now   i was wondering how long to smoke it and how many hours at cold smoke temps is safe with it beenig cured   i live in central mississippi  help please

That would depend on the size of the sausage and how much smoke you like.
