Lived in missouri just about all my life and never seen a smokehouse so now i want to build one . Been looking on here a lot and thought what the heck lets build one ,so i am . I am a member of the F.T.A. here in Mo . So when trapping season is over i'll grab the rod and reel until deer season
Starts. Married with two girls ,4 grandkids all girls . Never a dull time with them . Hope to learn alot because i don't know anything about smoking meat but can't wail to try.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
