Hey Guys, I'm Larry and I am a newbe and a wannabe. I was a residential builder in Delaware for over 30 yrs. Business is smoked..pardon the pun... soo I packed up my bags and I moved to NW, PA with my wife and six girls..We are homeschoolers and believe in Jesus Christ as our LORD AND SAVIOR.....We live on 100 acre farm, with a natural gas well..yep free gas....I am raising pigs and I am in the process of converting a portion of my barn into a slaughter house and butcher shop, I'm about half done...I need a smoker and though about buying a big trailer set-up so I can do concessions as well as doing my own smokin in house...I feed my pigs all organic none GMO feed and I even have it mixed the way I want it for good taste...Thinkin of buying the King Kong BBQ trailer by Gorilla manufacturing... i really need a-lot of advice and guidance... so please help......
