Well I smoked some meat for the very first time in my life! Two pork butts at 9 hours. 225-250 range. I got a Traeger Pro 22 for me to start on. I kept it very simple just mustard and a generic brand rub as I’m waiting on the good stuff to come in the mail. I pulled them at 201 IT. Please tell me what you think.
