Vertical/Upright Chamber on offset smoker

  1. I'm curious how some of the posters use the vertical/upright box on their cooker that has both a horizontal and vertical cooking chamber.

    How much cooler does the vertical run vs the horizontal chamber? With tuning plates is it possible to get them to run the same temp?
