Authentic railroad pieces from the Sacramento railroad in Northern California.
Top door handle is a railroad tie welded onto matching rusted steel plate.
Bottom door handle is railroad spike found bent in this nice handle shape.
Authentic antique horseshoe with flying pig in middle for top emblem.
Three Stainless steel food racks 19" x 21"(can fit 3 racks of ribs laying down per shelf)
Double walled thick 16 ga steel all the way around with cement board in between the walls for greatest heat containment and built to last a lifetime.
Bottom stainless steel shelf storage 20" x 20".
Solid steel 1/8" plate for grilling or just blocking heat for dry smoking on bottom rack of top door, to block heat from coals.
Heavy Duty Stainless Steel water pan 22" x 12" x 4" to place on steel plate above coals to make those smoked meats oh so moist and juicy.
Charcoal basket 19" x 19" x 5"
Actual steel frame dimensions 24" x 24" x 4'10"
22" x 11" Galvanized side shelf on right side (collapsible down to 3" sticking out).
Spiral matching rusted and enameled left side handle adds another 3" (not removable).
2" left and right-side vents add for precise heat control.
Heavy duty adjustable and locking casters for any uneven storage.
Bottle cap opener on left side below handle.
Easy release, adjustable and locking levers for top door and hot box door
Gasket sealed top door and bottom hotbox door for a perfect seal to keep the smoke in and not leak.
Food chamber door 20" x 20"
Hot box door 10" x 20"
3" Tel-Tru thermometer gauge with easy to read settings for type of grilling (Smoking, BBQing, Grilling).
Small hole in right side of upper box next to racks for inserting meat thermometer.
Charcoal box has a "Maze" removable metal guards for directing coals around to prolong the life of your burning coals and longer slower burns with less attention!
