Venison Summer sausage ratio

I have a packet of seasoning to do 50lb of summer sausage. Wanted to see what ratios other ppl are using when using
Pork butt
Pork trimmings
Or
Beef trimmings
How much deer and other product to make the 50lbs ?

I like it at 5lb of lean meat to 1lb pork trimmings

I like mine 75% venison to  25% pork butt. But that's just me.
