Cut up a hunk of venison , light seasoning and an hour or two beef broth bath before griddling along with some onions , peppers and cheddar cheese! Thrown on some toasted sub buns!

Thanks for the kind words and likes fellas! Cut them up into semi manageable chunks around 4" in length. Down to one last piece as I type this. I was hoping to have some for lunch tomorrow, but that is a long time from now!
