LEM seasonings for 7lbs summer sausage and 7lb snack sticks

Mixing LEM seasoning in.

Before a 5 hr smoke with the Amaz-n-pellet smoker Maple and mesquite blend. Ran it a 150 for 4 hrs and 175 for the last hr. Internal temp to 160 and pulled.
