Venison shoulder

Thought I would share my shoulder pics since I have raped this forum for information for years with no contribution. I wish the connective tissue had broke down more. Don't get me wrong it was excellent on a cut I always grind. But not for the faint of heart. I know women that won't even eat chicken in the bone much less tear away the connective tissue on this. Super tender though. Warm or cold. MES 30 with Todds AMNPS. If you don't have one yet get one. Excellent product and even better CS.
