Rather than go out we stayed in. Ran some shrimp and tails with a salad and baked tater. Poultry shears made the tails easy. Rubbed with Red Lobster seasoning and hit it with the broiler. Got some smoke going from the broiler burning the tails a little. Thought you guys might get a kick out of it.

That looks right up my alley Sam! I did a couple of Chef John's shrimp this last week. Love me some shrimp and lobster.

Oh wow. Thanks for all the love! Took me awhile to get good with this stuff. I was a boil in Old Bay guy a long time. Even worse, I was not defrosting. This fed all 4 of us and plenty of leftovers. Oldest came in for a visit. Crazy time we're living in where beef is more expensive than seafood!
