Wow! That's a $300 machine that is currently out of stock here and discontinued parts for that machine. The responsible thing to do is no longer sell it.

Wow. You'd think the company would at least stock the parts for a little while after discontinuing that model. Now I am stuck with a machine that will not function without said foam seal. And I just bought it less than 2 years ago!

The pro360 looks a lot like Westons pro2600 or the pro3000. There's a good chance they are made by the same company.

The machine was discontinued approximately 2 years ago. They no longer manufacture either the Pro 350 or the Pro 380. I agree that they should have parts available for those units.

360 machines are still available from remaining stock, but no replacement parts. The 360 and 380 both have 16" seal bars and use the same foam seal gasket.

I've been working with VacMaster for 11 years and I've never known them to discontinue parts on machine models that were sold within the past two years. They switched manufacturers for their equipment and I believe that there was an issue of the former manufacturing warehouse being willing to supply parts, when they lost the machine business.

I’ve been considering a Vacmaster at some point. Are you saying that they have sometimes discontinued parts on units sold more than two years prior? At the price point of their sealers one would think they would have parts for a minimum 7-10 years. I perhaps read this wrong.

I've been working with VacMaster with over 11 years and this is the first time this has happened. I have the parts kit in stock for the Pro360 and VacMaster's intention is to supply parts for all of their equipment. It was a strange situation with their former manufacturing plant refusing them parts when they severed their business relationship with them.

Thanks for posting Lisa. I just ordered the replacement parts kit for the pro360. Also ordered some bags but did not see where to put the SM222 15% savings code.
