Vacon mini-bombs

Using the last of the Vacon. Lined muffin cups with Vacon and filled with a Cajun style meat loaf mix ( tip of the hat and thanks to Paul proudhomme) . In the oven and there you are.

Ready for the table


Served with mashed potatos and gravy, of course.

Vacon IS defanatly a “thing”! Especially as that’s as close to bacon I’ll ever come.
