Took 2 hrs 45 minutes @ 230°F

Yum, that looks good! I was going to make twice baked potatoes as part of my V-day dinner, but decided on Parmesan crusted asparagus instead (the wife wants me to cook more green vegetables) :D

That is one fine Valentine's Day dinner Richie. Looks delicious from here.
I've never even seen a PR as nice as that one. The ones they sell here have way too much fat on them.
