If I was doing this I would plan on 1.5 hours and go from there.    Maybe sooner or later.   That should be a good ballpark.
 
In the smoker for about 45 minutes so far.
Smoker temperature around 300 degrees, IT at 114 degrees.[GALLERY="media, 512112"][/GALLERY][GALLERY="media, 512113"][/GALLERY][/quote]
Bird looks lazy.   LOL    Leaning to one side.

              I saw another neat trick for the up right rack a guy use a tube cake pan not sure what Mrs would think about that!!!
