Well here's the pics. I got so excited about sliceing the roast forgot camera. lol. I'm really not that pleased with the roast. It jumped to 151 b4 I new it, so to me it's to done. Also you can see the smoke ring, yeah me neither. If only it tasted as good as it looked b 4 I sliced it. On scale 1 to 10 it's a 3. With the pastrami I rested it about an hr then sliced a few peices for pics. Colors really good flavor still a little salty after a all night soak. tommorrow  might be better who knows.
