Unwrapping a clothbound cheddar cheese

Dealing with the second layer of cloth.

All cloth gone.

Scraping it down to the rind with a knife.

Ready to cut.

Time to eat!

Saving this for reference in case I get time to go into the cheese rabbit hole. Will let me know mines not a disaster lol. I've never seen one like in the first pic before the unwrapping.

I have to agree on the cheese maker of the group . Impressive to say the least .
That second pic looks like the bread I baked last week .
