Hi all. I had my Lang 48 patio delivered in October of 2018. I've cooked at least 12 times on the beast and it turns out some impressive BBQ. I'm experiencing 25 degree differences in theView attachment 390194 View attachment 390196 pit from end to end. I placed a water pan (bread pan) on the main grate close to the firebox and it didn't seem to make a difference. I have yet to cook on a warm day. It's been @ 30° for most of my cooks and Sunday it was very windy. Maybe the temps were in the 50's back in October, I dont remember. Anyway, do other Lang owners experience the same differences from end to end? I'm getting one temp about 10 inches from the firebox at the grate and the other temp is coming from the temp gauge installed on the unit. I'm running the unit 45 minutes to an hour before I compare readings. Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I run about 10 degrees difference from end to end. And top rack is 25 degrees hotter than the bottom.
But I also have a trailer model and raising or lowering my tongue pretty much evens out my end to end temps.
I have an 84D
