Saw a thread about these bags on another site and watched a few videos about them on youtube. These look easy to use in producing  coppa, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, etc, without having a curing chamber to use, everything happens in the fridge. Just wondering if anyone has had a positive experience using these. I'm thinking of trying them out but they don't exactly give them away.
