Just a quick heads up to my smoking brothers and sisters local to Michigan. UM Property Disposition could be a good place to pick up used pieces of food service equipment to convert to a smoker. I was there yesterday and they had a food warmer the was about 6ft tall, 4ft wide and 2ft deep. Stainless steel and insulated and a temp dial that went up to 200o. It was on wheels but this piece is much to large for my needs. You never know what they will have on hand to sell and they are a cash and carry operation.
