UK Smoker

Hi,

I live in West Yorkshire in the North of England.

I've got a Landmann Tennessee smoker and have virtually no idea what I'm doing! Have read Jeff's guide and am looking forward to the summer months to hopefully get the smoker up and running properly and create some lovely food.
