Don't laugh to hard at this, the EPA is shutting wood stoves, outdoor boilers and have even gone after farmers got their techniques.

Even looking at how you fertilize your lawn & garden.

Here's what everyone is missing... Wisconsin and Michigan have already told the EPA that the new wood burning appliance regs will not be enforced in those states. Wood burning BBQ will be next to be regulated.

The pic of the Chinese river is a "strawman", libertarians are much more concerned with individual rights than corporate rights. Libertarians can hate pollution just as well as democrats.

Seriously though, this hobby can send some smoke over the fence, to other people who may or may not enjoy it. With or without regulations, it is our responsibility to minimize that.

The way I see it, anyone who gets a whiff of my barbeque and doesn't like it is probably already dead!

It is important to be a good neighbor though....so share that meat!

If my neighbors can smell my BBQ they best get out of my yard. BBQ equipment is about 150 feet from the property line....and there is a fence there.
