Made this last week (or the week before?) but just getting to this post. Had a package of beef tips but no real idea what to do with them. tx smoker tx smoker came to the rescue with a great recipe!
Browned the Montreal steak-seasoned beef tips, added beef broth, garlic, onion.
Cooked covered for 30 minutes
Added a slurry of corn starch to thicken
Added spinach
Served over a delicious rice/quinoa blend we like from Costco
Delicious!!

Anne....that looks absolutely magnificent!! Love the idea of serving it over the rice / quinoa combo. I did mine over egg noodles but your approach makes mine look archaic!! The student has become the teacher :emoji_wink: The gravy looks dark, rich, and decadent plus the spinach is perfectly cooked. Great job young lady and a big LIKE!! What will you be doing next might I ask??

Just gorgeous...

That looks delicious, Anne! A meal like that just screams my name. We really like quinoa over here, that dish looks perfect!
