Two Small Stick Batches.

Mixed up 2.5 lbs of each yesterday afternoon.

Into the fridge for some ECA tomorrow morning before stuffing/smoking.
Willies on left, H&H LJ on right.

This morning mixed in ECA to both batches and stuffed into 19mm smoked collagen.
Nice rack huh Hang for an hour.

Going outta my norm and adding a small pan of water under the sticks. Right sticks are H&H LJ Mix.

I'M not going to do the water pan anymore.

Put both batches in the cure cabinet, no humidity.

Pic this morning, been in for 24 hours. Going with another 24.

I didnt see any change when using the water except snoopy dont like the moisture, I was dripping all over thru the bottom hole.
