Love Shepards pie, unfortunately the 100 degree weather we've been having isn't pie weather!

I only added frozen peas,I used some fresh carrots finely cut and a bunch of shrooms,I don't care to much for the mixed carrots in the frozen mix for some reason.

I love leftovers recipes, and Shepherds Pie has always been a favorite.
A fan of converting my leftovers into something else entirely, keeps it from getting boring and I get to piddle around in the kitchen. :biggrin:
