I started them at 140 then bumped it to 180 after 1 1/2 hours. I pulled the smoke at 2 hours and IT reached 160 just shy of 3 hours. The smoke flavor turned out to be a little heavy so next time I will pull it 30 minutes earlier.What temp. did you smoke them at and for how long?
